OnePlus 7T Pro review

OnePlus has recently launched its 7T device and now it has launched the higher model, 7T Pro. OnePlus 7T Pro is their new launching and it is a strange device. Yes, it is a great flagship device with everything in its bag like 90Hz display and powerful processor but it is not the perfect phone- talking about cameras here. So, is this device a worthy option to buy? Let’s check it out in the OnePlus 7T Pro review below:

Design and Display

If you know about OnePlus 7 Pro, then you might be familiar with its bezel-less design and edge-to-edge display. Telling the difference between 7T Pro and 7 Pro is quite difficult but it doesn’t matter. It still looks stunning and is a beautiful piece of tech. On the back, this phone has got a matte finish and this device is only available in one color- Haze Blue.

It is a large device- a two-handed phone for sure! If you are having small hands, it will need more hands to grab it comfortably. Although, this device looks premium and sits comfortably in hands- thanks to its round edges. On the bottom. You find the SIM tray, USB-C port, and a single speaker. Sadly, there is not any 3.5mm headphone jack. Coming to the display, the new OnePlus 7 Pro sports a 6.67-inch display with 3120 x 1440 pixel resolution. The display is huge and it is gorgeous. The bezels are thin around the screen- nearly bezel-less. No notch on the top or punch-hole, the brand has stuck to a pop-up camera for selfies. The display boasts a 90Hz refresh rate which means a lot to us as users. It is one of the rarest phones having a 90Hz refresh rate display amongst the 60Hz ones. No complains when it comes to display- big, better, and best. You can get great discount on your electronic items online using gonoise coupons.

Performance

Under the hood, the OnePlus 7 Pro has the Snapdragon 855 Plus coupled with 8GB of RAM which makes this phone a beast. The device is only available in 256 gigs of onboard storage and you can’t expand it via SD card. When it comes to regular usage, this phone runs smooth like a breeze. When you switch to multi-tasking or heavy tasking, you still get that ebb-flowing experience. On benchmark tests like Geekbench 5, the device scored 2584 on a single-core which is better than Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus 5G, which scored 2197. Comparing it to the new iPhone 11, this phone is far behind as Apple’s flagship scored 3186 points.

OnePlus 7T Pro runs Android 10 coupled by OnePlus’ custom skin, Oxygen OS.

Battery life

OnePlus 7T Pro packs a high-capacity 4085mAh battery which is the same as the one we found in OnePlus 7 Pro. Lasting the whole day is not an issue if you are using this device even on the heavy side. You might end up charging the device in the night but it is something you have to do with every smartphone available in the market right now. The device supports fast charging and 7T Pro charges lightning fast. As per OnePlus, this phone charges 23% faster than previous OnePlus devices. Sadly, there is no wireless charging included in this phone. But, fast charging is a way to go for OnePlus!

Cameras

Talking about cameras, the OnePlus 7T Pro packs a triple-camera setup including a 48MP main snapper, a 16MP ultra-wide-angle and an 8MP telephoto lens too. The main camera lens can take some amazing pics but it isn’t the best camera smartphone in the market. IPhone 11 Pro is winning it for now! The new OnePlus device struggles in low-light like its predecessors and images look a bit noisy. Switch to Nightscape mode and results turn out to be good. The ultra-wide camera is great and you get some beautiful pics with no compromise in detailing as many other phones do. The telephoto lens is equally impressive which enables you to zoom in on subjects without losing image quality. You can get detail of Off Campus Jobs online from fresh hiring.

For selfies, there is a 16MP snapper on the front which captures nice pictures. Not the most impressive selfie snapper, but good for social media uploading shots.

Final Verdict

OnePlus 7T Pro is just for you if you are looking to buy a flagship smartphone which is more affordable than the iPhone 11 Pro and Samsung Galaxy flagships. Although, it is not as great as those phones when it comes to overall performance. But, this phone is still worth it. The device comes with a 90Hz refresh rate display, a bigger battery life, and a new Snapdragon 855 Plus chipset, which makes it a great device and suitable for you. But, if you are looking for the best cameras, then this device is not the one for you. Still, there is not any reason to ditch this device.
